Key responsibilities:
− Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials
− Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivative and structured finance transactions
− Coordination of approval and execution processes with relevant departments and support functions
− Preparation of transaction term sheets
− Preparation of internal credit applications and materials
− Presenting structured solutions to the clients

Qualifications required:
− 1-2 years of relevant experience in derivatives and structured finance for Analyst; banking / finance / consulting internships experience for intern
− Degree in economics/finance/math/physics/engineering
− Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
− Basic knowledge of bond/equity mechanics, derivatives, structured products
− High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
− Ability to work with clients and explain complex products in simple words
− Quick, responsive, grasping ideas, stress-resistant, highly motivated
− CFA candidate would be a plus
